FCSI Unveils New Slate Of Officers

The Foodservice Consultants Society Int’l. announced new officers to its board of trustees during its FCSI The Americas’ Conference, April 19-21 in Kansas City, Mo. They are:

  • Chair: James Petersen, FCSI, C.i.i. Food Service Design
  • Chair-Elect: William Taunton, FCSI, A.I. Gastrotec Ltd.
  • Secretary & Editorial Board Liaison: James Camacho, FCSI, Camacho Associates
  • Treasurer: Harry Schildkraut, FCSI, S20 Consultants
  • Immediate Past Chair: Ed Norman, FCSI, CSI, MVP Services Group
  • Allied Member Trustee: Rod Collins, Rod Collins Associates
  • Canadian Trustee: Ian Jameson, FCSI, Cini-Little Int’l.
  • Central Region Trustee: Tracy Taraski, FCSI, The Bigelow Cos.
  • Eastern Region Trustee: Lawrence Huber, FCSI, Foodservice Consultants Studio
  • Western Region Trustee: Tim Agosti, FCSI, Arctic Food Service Design
  • At-Large Trustee: William Caruso, FFCSI (Past President), William Caruso & Associates
  • At-Large Trustee: Barbara Pyper, FCSI, An Apple a Day LLC

Ruby Puckett, FFCSI, pres.-Food Management Consultants, and Charnette Norton,  FFCSI, pres.-The Norton Group, were named Fellows by the FCSI Council of Fellows. The council, established in 1981, recognizes extraordinary contributions by Society members to the foodservice hospitality industry and the consulting profession. Only 42 members of FCSI have achieved the honor. Puckett also begins her term as president of the FCSI Worldwide Educational Foundation.
