Unified Brands Announces Promotions, New Hires

Several appointments have been announced at Unified Brands and its companies. Cliff Waters has joined the Jackson, Miss., company as western regional sales director; he comes to Unified from Garland/U.S. Range. Waters also has served as an area vice president at Manitowoc Foodservice, and a western regional manager for Cleveland Range. The Phoenix-based Waters will oversee sales in more than 20 states for Unified.

Jessica Pieknik has been promoted to FX product specialist at Unified Brands; she spent the past two years in the company’s sales account management program, working with the dealer community. She will be responsible for FX product positioning and training.

Also at Unified, Dan Monfort has taken the post of healthcare segment sales manager. He heads a team that provides advice to healthcare foodservice directors, dieticians and facility managers. Finally, chef Michael Williams has been named product line manager at Groen. Other Unified Brands’ companies are A la Cart, Avtec and Randell.
