Houston To Gain 18 Mama Fu’s

The Austin, Texas-based chain has signed its largest franchise deal to date, inking a deal with a Houston franchisee to open 18 new Mama Fu’s Asian House restaurants in that city’s metro area. The chain plans to open between eight and 10 new stores around the country in the next 12 months. The ‘flex-casual” chain, offering counter service at lunch and full-service for dinner, has 14 Mama Fu’s Arkansas, Florida, North Carolina and Texas. Forty-nine franchises are in development.
