Leadership Change At Blanco

Friedrich Schock has been named CEO at Blanco CS (Customized Solutions). He succeeds Rolf Waldi, who is retiring after 21 years with the German manufacturer of cooking, catering, storage and dispensing equipment. Waldi was appointed CEO in 2009.

Schock has been co-CEO since last November. He will lead the company in cooperation with Stefen Walter, chief technical officer. Blanco CS is headquartered in Oberderdingen (Baden-Wuerttemberg), Germany; the company is part of the E.G.O. Blanc und Fischer Group. The group also includes subsidiaries in Germany, Belgium, France, Great Britain, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic.
