FEDA’s October Webinar Focuses On Negotiations

Defend your turf, defend your price. Dealers who are members of the Foodservice Equipment Distributors Association can pick up some hints to do both next month when FEDA hosts a teleconference/webinar titled “Negotiations: Defending Your Price.” The program is aimed at helping salespeople protect their pricing while winning and protecting new and existing account relationships.

FEDA will host the teleconference/webinar on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at 10 a.m. CST. William Walker, founder and president of the Walker Consulting Group in Charlotte, N.C., will lead the program.

Seminar participants will be introduced to both strategic and tactical elements of negotiations and, FEDA says, will be better prepared to defend their pricing, improve customer relationships and increase sales and profit margins for their organizations.

Participation is $149 per phone line for teleconference or $179 for webinar. Digital replay of the audio from the teleconference only is available at the listener’s convenience for $149 per phone line through Nov. 25.

More information is available at FEDA’s website.
