Papa Murphy’s Plans 100 Units In The Gulf Region

Papa Murphy’s Int’l. is making a giant expansion leap out of North America. The Vancouver, Wash., chain has inked a master franchise agreement with MAM Foodco LLC to open 100 Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza locations throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council region.

The first location will open in Dubai, UAE, by the end of the year. It marks the no-bake, oven-free chain’s first location outside of North America, where it currently operates 1,287 U.S. and 15 Canada stores.

"It’s a thrilling chapter for us," said Jim Perkins, v.p.-international development.
