Victory’s Sales Team Adds Two Regional Sales Managers

Victory Refrigeration has added a pair of familiar industry names to its sales team.

Kathleen Moccia Poulos is the company’s new regional sales manager, based in Southern California. Her career began with what is now Moccia Enterprises in southern New Jersey and later developed into management roles during a decade with Poulos and Associates in Northern California. Most recently she has been with TriMark Raygal in Irvine, Calif. She was the first elected industry advisor to what is now the now California School Nutrition Association.

The Cherry Hill, N.J., manufacturer also has named Laura Gutkowski, CFSP II, as regional sales manager/marketing manager. The 16-year industry vet was most recently marketing and business development manager for Lakeside Mfg.; prior to that, she was a foodservice equipment specialist for Direct Supply and a sales development specialist for Traulsen Refrigeration.
