TableCraft Enters Buffet Market With Purchase Of Professional Bakeware

TableCraft Products Co. has acquired Professional Bakeware Co., a maker of cast aluminum and coated buffetware.

All of Professional’s products are now available under TableCraft’s protective product line. Its cast aluminum products will be wrapped into TableCraft’s SaferFood Solutions line.

“Because of their durability and superior heat retention abilities, Professional Bakeware’s aluminum-based products are perfect additions to help us bring the SaferFood Solutions brand of protection to the buffet and catering segments,” said TableCraft Pres. David Burnside. “Our customers work in demanding environments and we are committed to bringing them innovative products that are made with a conscience.”

TableCraft is based in Gurnee, Ill. Professional Bakeware was founded in 1995 in Willis, Texas; in addition to manufacturing,  it offers a product refinishing program.
