Registration Begins For NACUFS Meeting

Registration opens this week for a double dose of professional development programs sponsored by the National Association of College & University Food Services.

The Foodservice Directors Symposium and Purchasing Seminar will come together Jan. 21-23 at Hotel Contessa, in San Antonio. Each of the programs will feature targeted networking and education for attendees, plus one day of combined Operator Roundtables with industry sponsors.

Highlights include peer-to-peer discussions, tours and speakers from the Culinary Institute of America, as well as the San Antonio-based Whataburger and H.E.B. supermarket chain. Schools that send a qualified representative to both programs may be eligible for one of 14 program grants.
