Jack McDonald, currently Crown Verity’s executive director of sales, will retire from his post effective Jan. 1, 2024.

For five years, McDonald has been a leader for the Brantford, Ontario-based manufacturer of grills, sinks and heaters. He brought decades of industry knowledge to his role, says the company, and helped shape its growing sales team.

McDonald began his foodservice industry career 40 years ago, right out of UCLA, working with Hobart. He went on to serve as a senior leader at Beverage-Air in addition to roles with Foodservice Equipment Professionals, Master-Bilt and Standex Refrigeration Solutions Group.

“Although we were not part of his journey early on, all of us at Crown Verity experienced Jack’s strong character and vast industry knowledge,” says Andy Incitti, president of Crown Verity. “We are honored that he chose to finish his career with us and even more, lucky, by the legacy he leaves in our business. His strong attention to detail, charismatic approach to building relationships and seasoned business acumen brought attention and respect to the Crown Verity brand.”
