With an elegant curved glass front and lighting, the new Flav-R-Savor Curved Display Case presents your food perfectly. An increased use of glass gives the new design a 44% increase in product visibility compared to traditional designs. The Flav-R-Savor display has low-level convected hot air or hot/humidified air that holds food at optimal serving temperatures. It offers easy cleaning with a hinged, tempered front glass panel that tilts forward and easy-to-read digitally controlled temperature and humidity readouts that give precise control. Available with or without humidity, these units come standard with a 3-sided skirt and base sign holder (sign not included). The humidity unit has a 7-quart-capacity water chamber. Focused lighting puts the spotlight on food, and the perforated 304 brushed annealed stainless shelf promotes air movement over food products. Available in seven Designer powder coating options to match any decor.
