With the flip of a switch, change from a cold salad bar to a hot buffet with Vollrath’s versatile Hot/Cold Drop-Ins. The top and seamless well are 18-guage 300 series stainless with a full-perimeter drip edge that contains spills and condensation within the countertop area for a clean, appetizing display. The Drop-Ins are available in 1-, 2- and 3-well configurations and pass NSF 4 and NSF 7 performance testing for open-top hot food holding and refrigerated buffet units.
