Eagle’s new 15-in.W griddle is perfect for situations where counter space is at a premium. The mirror-polished stainless griddle has a bullnosed front edge, which overhangs control knobs that are set at a 45˚ upward angle for easy operation. The gas connection is at the rear of the unit, out of sight. Stainless construction withstands the demands of any cooking environment. A polished 3/4-in.-thick steel griddle plate is welded to the top assembly for years of performance. Available with manual or thermostatic controls. Griddle has 31,250 Btu/hr. rating. Convertible pressure regulator allows for griddle to be field converted to liquid propane if needed.
Chefmate gas griddles are high performing and economical. The units, available in 24-in. and 36-in. widths, feature manual controls and all-stainless construction. A polished 3/4-in.-thick griddle plate delivers uniform heat distribution and has an extended cool-to-touch front edge and 3.-in.H back and side splashes. The burners, rated at 30,000 Btu/hr. (model C24GG has 2 burners and C36GG has 3 burners), are U-style and provide heat control every 12 in. and flame every 6 in. Adjustable, front-accessible pilots are convenient. The cooktop lifts off for easy cleaning. Units ship to accommodate natural gas with regulator; a liquid-propane conversion kit is included.
LANG CHEF SERIES
Built on the Chef Series platform, the new Zoned Griddle Series was designed to provide ultimate flexibility where none exists today. With 2 types of optional top platens, 4 griddle surfaces and 2 types of controls to choose from, this new series of griddles has more than 2,500 combinations. Simply mix and match these features with up to 6 individual temperature zones that cover 12-72-in. widths, and you have multiple cooking solutions in one piece of equipment. Each zone is isolated, offering better temperature control with no risk of flavor transfer.
MagiKitch’n’s MKH high-performance gas griddle is Energy Star-rated for both plain steel and chrome surfaces. The griddle features a 1-in.-thick, armor-grade, polished-steel plate. The double-walled and reinforced body is skirted with 11-ga. stainless for easy cleaning. In-line, all-stainless gas burners provide a uniform heat pattern with fast preheat times and recovery. Ultra-Max griddles feature a hard chrome surface to provide superior cooking performance and even heat distribution across the 1-in.-thick plate. A highly polished smooth surface reflects heat inward, reducing radiant heat; lowers energy cost up to 30%; and keeps the kitchen cooler. A non-porous chrome surface eliminates food taste transfer and can be cleaned quickly, reducing labor cost. The units feature a heavy-duty all-weld body construction with stainless front, side panels and splash guard. The units are available in widths from 24-72 in.W with a 24-in.D cooking surface capped in a cool-to-the-touch stainless bullnose front. Gas models feature new 40,000 Btu/hr. every 12 in. from tubular “U” shaped steel burners. A stainless grease drawer holds 6 qt.
The new Vulcan Customizable Chain Griddle (VCCG) is Energy Star certified. Units are available with a polished-steel, chrome or the exclusive Rapid Recovery griddle plate. The griddle comes standard with 24,000 Btu/hr. infrared burners in every 12-in. cooking section. Each section is independently controlled with a solid-state temperature control, integrated gas pressure regulator and electronic ignition. It’s a griddle system that delivers fast recovery, high production, precise control and consistent cooking results for each and every menu item the chef serves. VCCG units come standard with steel plates and have a high-range temperature control that supports menu-driven, elevated-sear temperatures from 150˚F-550˚F. The grease drawer has a 6-qt. capacity and larger units (60-in. and 72-in. models) have 2 grease drawers to support the additional volume.
