Two Weeks Left To Apply For Hobart Sustainability Award

Rob Geile, director of consultant services and education for Hobart, is joining the Hobart Center for Foodservice Sustainability. Geile will assist in judging applications for the 2014 HCFS grant.

HCFS, a nonprofit, industry-wide forum supporting the foodservice industry’s drive for sustainable equipment and design, awards the grant to the individual or organization judged to have the best-executed foodservice or grocery sustainability project of the year. Hobart will accept submissions for its seventh annual $5,000 grant until Feb. 28. The application form and rules can be downloaded from hcfsforum.com by clicking “Learn More” in the section about the HCFS Grant.
