Best Practices Seminar Planned For Manufacturers

The Manufacturers’ Representatives Educational Research Foundation, a charitable education foundation sponsored by rep associations in diverse industries, is holding a two-day seminar next month.

Manufacturers wanting to strengthen or create a rep network are invited to attend MRERF’s Manufacturer’s Best Practices May 7-8 in Atlanta. The seminar’s format of an interactive dialogue will focus on creating a better understanding of the rep function, spanning topics such as how rep firms operate; how to select, manage and communicate with reps; and interviewing, evaluating and motivating the rep network.

The workshop’s end-goal is to help manufacturers develop realistic and appropriate expectations, manage and communicate more effectively and create custom policies that best fit an organization.

MRERF’s membership brings together a variety of industries to cross-pollinate thoughts and strategies about working with reps. MRERF guarantees that attendees will find ideas and business value in the workshop or it will refund their tuition.
