FEDA Offers UID Scholarships

Get out your notebooks. Ten scholarships will be tendered by FEDA’s Education Foundation for the University of Innovative Distribution program this spring. The March 8-11, 2015, program in Indianapolis is aimed at professional distribution-management personnel. Course content includes sales planning, negotiating skills, leadership, delegation and inventory management. Participants create their own curriculum to earn continuing-education credits applicable toward earning a professional certificate in Innovative Distribution.

Applications, including a letter of recommendation from the employee’s dealership president/owner, are due to the FEDA office via email or fax by Oct. 24. Any received after that date may not be eligible. FEDA’s fax number is 800/677-9607. Applications will be reviewed by FEDA’s Education Foundation trustees; scholarship recipients will be announced Dec. 8.
