FEDA Offers Sales Seminar At NAFEM

The NAFEM Show is only a month away, and allied associations have planned a number of programs, seminars and networking opportunities.

Among them is the Foodservice Equipment Distributors Association’s “The Sell Process: Your Offense,” led by professional sales consultant Don Buttrey. Based on Buttrey’s new book, “The SELL Process,” the workshop will provide immediate, practical improvement for customer interactions and sales calls. Objectives for dealer attendees include:

• Gain a clear understanding of the dynamic interaction process that happens between buyer and seller

• Learn the importance of preparation before tactical selling interactions

• Receive a simple, but profound tool to be used for pre-call planning

• Introduction on how to use the SELL Process pre-call planning tool to prepare for proactive and reactive selling situations

• Understand the value of ongoing training, practice, and manager coaching in order to perfect your tactical selling skills.

The Feb. 20 program, including lunch, is $45 per person. More information about the seminar is at feda.com
