Korea’s Dipo Induction Establishes HQ In Ohio

Dipo Induction, a Korean maker of induction cooking and warming equipment, has established North American operations in Troy, Ohio.

“We believe that there are great growth opportunities for induction products in this industry as our country tries to reduce its dependency on fossil fuels,” said Kurt Wacker, president of the new entity, Dipo Induction USA Ltd. “Dipo equipment can be used in both the front of the house and as heavy-duty equipment in the back of the house.” Wacker said in a statement.

Dipo Induction USA will focus solely on induction technology and plans to bring induction fryers, woks and hot-water heaters to market in the future.

Wacker is supported by Chris Tatarian as v.p.-sales and engineering and Shirley Snyder as v.p.-customer care.
