Compact Ovens Feature All-Digital Controls

Moffat's new all-digital controls for the compact 20 series Turbofan ovens provide greater accuracy and cooking precision. The E23D3 and E28D4 ovens offer three-stage cooking, moisture application and quiet operation in a compact footprint. These ovens can stand-alone or be mounted on a rack with a unique drop-down door design that simplifies the cleaning process. The porcelain enamel oven chamber is fully insulated to provide maximum heat retention, while the stay-cool exterior is ideal for small cooking environments and makes cooking safer. Moffat’s 20 series ovens with digital controls offer pre-set programs, fast cooking and quiet operation making them ideal for baking, reheating, roasting, slow cooking or holding.
