Panel Discussions To Lay Out Ideas At FEDA Convention

FEDA’s 2015 Convention kicks off a month from today at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix. Among the many educational and networking opportunities at the March 25-29 event are two panel discussions.

The first will be held during FEDA’s annual members’ meeting on Thursday morning, March 26. The breakfast meeting is open only to FEDA members and begins promptly at 7 a.m. The program, focusing on e-commerce best practices to build the bottom line, will feature insights by Paula Chesworth, KaTom Restaurant Supply; Brad Wasserstrom, The Wasserstrom Co.; Keith Kidwell, Central Restaurant Products; and Brian Ringelheim, Globe Equipment, Co. Ace Mart’s Carl Gustafson will moderate.

The second panel, open to both dealer and manufacturer attendees, looks at the collaborative road to success.  “Dealer/Manufacturer Best Practices That Build Trust and Profits” gathers leading industry execs from both sides of the aisle for a discussion on—and concrete examples of—channel solutions, effective collaborations and positive leaps that are leading to win-wins throughout the industry. Featured participants include three dealers: Gawain Guy, C&T Design and Equipment Co.; Keith Kidwell, Central Restaurant Products; Andrew O’Quinn, Thompson & Little; and three manufacturers: Teri Brewer, Thermo-Kool/ Mid-South Industries; Dennis Park, Vollrath Co.; and Gary Simpson, ITW Food Equipment Group. The panel will be moderated by FEDA Pres. Brad Pierce, Restaurant Equipment World, and NAFEM Pres. Mike Whiteley, Hatco Corp.
