GFEN Honors Alto-Shaam

Alto-Shaam will receive the 2015 Gas Foodservice Equipment Network Blue Flame Product of the Year Award for its CT PROformance 7-20 Combitherm oven during this week’s The NAFEM Show in Anaheim, Calif.

The Menomonee Falls, Wis., manufacturer was honored for its ability to address leading commercial kitchen equipment challenges with advancements in speed, energy efficiency and versatility to conform to diverse restaurant layouts and numerous applications. The GFEN Blue Flame Product of the Year is awarded annually to the manufacturer who has introduced a new or improved product that showcases outstanding technology and innovation in the gas foodservice industry. GFEN is an international association of utilities, foodservice equipment manufacturers, gas industry associations and foodservice trade allies organized to be a source of gas solutions for the commercial foodservice segment.
