Hatco Wins ESOP Award

Hatco Corp., lauded as a company that does its best to provide a great workplace for its employee owners, has been named ESOP Company of the Year by the Wisconsin chapter of the ESOP Association, the nation’s largest advocacy and education association that focuses on preserving and promoting employee ownership through the employee stock ownership plan structure.

The award cites Hatco as “an excellent example of a company committed to employee ownership. They do so many things to foster ownership behavior and encourage ownership thinking. They keep employees engaged through a variety of fun and educational events, and they also find ways to give back to their community.”

The Milwaukee company is active in the ESOP community at the state, regional and national levels.
