Henny Penny Promotes Five To Lead New External, Internal Divisions

A new organizational structure, including two new business units led by new senior vice presidents, has been unveiled at Henny Penny.

The new Global Customer Experience Business Unit is headed by former v.p.-global sales chief Steve Maggard. Now, elevated to Senior V.P.-Global Customer Experience, he oversees all external customer relations worldwide, strategic accounts, parts and supplies, technical and customer-service divisions, logistics and credit. Also promoted, and reporting directly to Maggard, are V.P. Chris Trout (Sales and Business Development); V.P. Ryan Kutter (Strategic Accounts and Support); and V.P. Pierre Guilleminot (International Sales).

The new Innovation and Operations Business Unit is helmed by Jeff Kincer, previously v.p.-manufacturing and engineering, but now serving as Senior V.P.- Innovation and Operations. Kincer will continue to oversee all internal operations including manufacturing, product development, innovation, engineering and quality control as well as enhance the emphasis on supply chain management.

“These changes will not only bring us greater focus but will better align us to our strategic plan,” said Rob Connelly, President/CEO of Eaton, Ohio-based Henny Penny. “Steve and Jeff have been integral leaders within our organization, and I couldn’t be more excited of what these new elevated roles will bring for them and to our customers and our organization as a whole.”
