HORECA Middle East Expands Beyond Equipment

The most important foodservice equipment and supplies show in the Middle East? That’s the goal for the third edition of Kitchen Equipment-Hotels, Restaurants, Catering Exhibition Middle East, forecast to be the region’s foremost business-to-business event for these industries. Kitchen Equipment – HORECA Middle East 2015 will be held December 8-10 at Expo Centre Sharjah in the UAE.

Last year’s show saw more than 3,300 visitors for the equipment show, a 20% leap over 2013’s attendance, to browse more than 100 brands. The first two editions of HORECA-ME covered all commercial kitchen essentials. The upcoming show also will include catering equipment, supplies and services; hotel equipment and supplies, furnishings, tableware and accessories; and facilities management and technology solutions. A Chef’s Tech Arena will showcase equipment and cooking demonstrations.
