More Shifts At Manitowoc

The Manitowoc Co., parent of Manitowoc Foodservice, has named board member Kenneth Krueger as Interim Chairman, President and CEO, succeeding Glen Tellock in those posts. Hubertus Muehlhaeuser remains as CEO of Manitowoc Foodservice, which the company had previously announced will be spun off in the first quarter of 2016.

Additionally, John Stewart has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Manitowoc Foodservice, which has 24 brands of hot- and cold-focused equipment. He most recently was executive v.p., chief financial officer and chief administrative officer of Hostess Brands.

“As Manitowoc Foodservice advances toward the planned separation from Manitowoc Cranes in early 2016, John’s expertise will be invaluable in driving improved financial performance across the business,” Muehlhaeuser stated. “We have a solid team in place, and we are enthusiastic about the opportunities ahead of us.”
