Add some pizzazz to your cold food display with Atlas Metal Industries’ new WFR Series round frost-top refrigerated systems. Fully customizable, the state-of-the-art units provide a unique and very attractive presentation for pre-plated cold dishes. The units frost over quickly, furnishing a bed of snow for dishes such as salads, cold appetizers and desserts. You can order a self-contained unit with an integrated compressor or remote the compressor but keep the on-off switch next to the unit. The frost tops are designed to install into a counter with the frost-top surface sitting just 1 in. above the surrounding space. When the units are turned off, condensate melts into a ½-in., full-perimeter gutter that slopes into a 3/4-in. IPS drain below. The frost tops are constructed of 14-ga., type 304 stainless and feature a 1-piece design that is welded, ground and polished to a uniform finish. A factory-applied, solid vinyl gasket forms a seal with the surrounding counter, preventing seepage as well as any marring of fi ne wood fixtures. The frost tops also feature copper tubing soldered firmly to the exterior bottom. The pans are fully insulated with 1½-in.-thick fiberglass and polystyrene for maximum efficiency and energy savings. The frost-top refrigerated systems come in 5 diameters: 16-, 18-, 20-, 22- and 24-in.

Hall China’s new Pangea collection of tabletop completer items and serving dishes is designed to be non-linear and offer no edge lines. The vessels feature distinctive waves, drawing the eye and bringing an organic accent to the tabletop. The new line consists of 8 shapes in 5 colors. Pieces include 2 deep-welled bowls, 2 pasta bowls, 1 salad plate, 1 tray and 1 sauce/condiment dish. The varying sizes and waved lines promote economical plating: A presentation looks full without the need to fill the dish to the rim. The earth-tone colors available are: mushroom, paprika, sage, white and bright white. The colors pair well with Fiesta, Bosque and other collections from Hall China’s sister company, Homer Laughlin China.

Ditch flash-frozen foods and adopt fresh tastes with Hollymatic’s 200 Gourmet-Style Patty Machine. This little fresh-food-forming machine is a cost-effective piece of equipment that’s perfect for restaurants, healthcare institutions and cafeterias. Measuring 13-in.W x 38-in.D x 20-in.H, the machine has a small footprint. The interchangeable mold-plate assembly lets you select patty shape and weight: 1 oz.-5 1/3 oz. in weight, 3/16 in.-3/4 in. in thickness and up to 5 1/8 in. in diameter. The unit also features a continuous-edge guide with an automatic paper feed, a 1-piece safety-interlocked feed tray and guard and adjustable patty compression. Speed can be set at 1,200, 1,600 or 1,900 patties/hr. The machine can be disassembled quickly for easy cleaning.

Lincoln introduces the Model 3240 large conveyor oven, designed for durability and easy maintenance. With a 32-in.W conveyor belt and 40-in.L bake chamber, the oven now provides a higher capacity for high-demand operations. Available in both gas and electric versions, the ovens can be triple-stacked. A digital control, single on/off power switch and microprocessor-controlled bake time/conveyor speed are standard. Improved-view vacuum fluorescent readout displays set temperatures in degrees (F°/C°), conveyor-belt speed, thermostat indicator light and diagnostic messages for easy troubleshooting. The front of the oven is completely removable for full access, and the stainless interior is easy to clean and maintain.

Tomlinson’s high-quality, long-lasting cast-iron products are pre-seasoned and ready for use. The underliners are made of cabinet-grade hardwood and are stained and sealed. FMP’s ProTecBar protective handle covers are an economical, durable solution to repainting or replacing door handles and push bars. The easy-to-install covers protect door hardware from scratches and abrasions and help create a lasting, “like-new” appearance. The covers are impact- and scratch-resistant and will not fade, warp or crack, even in extreme temperatures. They also feature an antimicrobial additive. Currently available for Kawneer brand handles, the covers do not require tools for installation; they simply snap in place over an existing door handle or push bar.
