Industry Giants To Gather At 25th Edition Of Hotelex Shanghai

Hotelex & Expo FineFood Shanghai 2016 calls itself one of Asia’s largest hospitality and catering trade shows, and with an overall exhibition area covering more than two million square feet, that is certainly true. The show will mark its 25^th year when it opens March 29-April 1 in the Shanghai New International Expo Center in Pudong.

More than 700 exhibitors, including a number of U.S.-based manufacturers, will be there displaying their products and equipment. Fifteen industry sectors will be represented, including Catering Equipment Supply, Tableware, Appliance Amenities, Textile, IT & Security, Food & Beverage, Coffee & Tea, Bakery & Ice Cream, Wine & Spirits, Hotel Building, Hotel Engineering, Hotel Design, in a one-stop procurement platform for industry professionals in the hospitality and catering industry. Hotelex also will host a number of competitions, including the Shanghai International Pizza Championship, the China Gelato Championship, and the “I’m the Chef” Shanghai Bakery Master Championship.

Expo FineFood 2016 will showcase four themed exhibition areas including Food & Beverage, Coffee & Tea, Bakery & Ice Cream and Wine & Spirits.

Hotelex is organized by the China Tourism Hotel Association and Shanghai UBM Sinoexpo International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and also guided by the Shanghai Tourism Bureau.
