T&S Brass Honored For Community Workforce Development

T&S Brass and Bronze Works was recognized in October for contributions and support that have advanced the development of educational opportunities for students across its home region in Travelers Rest, S.C.

T&S received the Workforce Development Award, honoring individuals and organizations that support Greenville Technical College’s efforts to develop a skilled labor pool for Greenville County’s growing business economy.

In addition to donating plumbing products to the college, T&S Brass provides a scholarship for one student from every public high school in the county to attend Greenville Tech. Founded in 1947, T&S has made its home in Greenville County since 1978.

“T&S is proud to support Greenville Technical College in opening doors and creating possibilities for students in our area. Greenville Tech is an integral part of our community, and we’re honored to partner with the school to ensure a bright and successful future for Greenville,” says Claude Theisen, owner of T&S.
