Ontario’s New Year’s Resolutions Include Calorie Counts

Menus and menu boards are looking different in Ontario this month. Thanks to new regulations that took effect January 1 in that province—home to Canada’s capital city, Ottawa— diners can now expect to see calorie counts for both food and beverages posted along with daily calorie requirements to provide context for the information.
