Karssiens Named VP Sales At Master-Bilt

Industry veteran Chris Karssiens has joined Master-Bilt as Vice President of Sales.

Karssiens has spent his entire career in the foodservice industry, including the last 18 years with Enodis, Manitowoc and Welbilt. At Manitowoc, he was based in Singapore as senior v.p.-Asia Pacific and most recently in Florida as senior v.p.-buying groups.

Now, based in Master-Bilt’s New Albany, Miss., headquarters, Karssiens will develop and execute a commercial strategy to achieve core growth, expand new business opportunities, and establish performance conditions for the sales force. He will be instrumental in sales funnel management, key account planning and 80/20 business processes. As a member of the Standex Refrigerated Solutions Group Leadership Team, Karssiens will collaborate with other Standex Food Service Equipment Group leaders on group-level initiatives.
