Don Names Category Manager For Equipment

Edward Don & Company has elevated Susan Petzel to the position of Category Manager for Equipment. The 11-year company veteran had been a project manager for the Foodservice Equipment Division focused on equipment specification and design for a variety of customer operations ranging from concession stands to banquet kitchens and everything in between. In her new role, Petzel will be responsible for managing all merchandising and marketing functions for the equipment, furniture and bar categories at the Woodridge, Ill., dealer.
