SAN JAMAR-CHEF REVIVAL RESTRUCTURES BRANDS

Smallwares and chef apparel supplier San Jamar-Chef Revival has made many changes in its executive offices thanks to the restructuring of its two brands. David Anastasi has joined the Elkhorn, Wis., company as director of national-distribution accounts. Moving from consultant into a full-time role with SJCR is Kim de la Villefromoy, who will serve as senior market development director. David Maroun’s role as v.p.-business development has been expanded to include U.S.-based dealers and distributors. John Reiff has been promoted to market development director, institutional and culinary. And Debbie Kau has been promoted to market development director for chains and process-led kitchens.
