Good Neighbor Hood

Designed for use with single or stacked combi ovens, the ConvoVent Hood by Halton for Convotherm combi ovens has a front overhang to capture condensation released during door opening in addition to a smart fan control that increases fan speed automatically for efficient steam capture when the oven door is opened. Three filters—2 washable filters and 1 low-cost, carbon-embedded fiber filter—provide lower cost of ownership. Electric Convotherm combi ovens are UL Listed KNLZ ventless without a hood so the filters come into very little contact with grease-laden air. The hood requires no water connection or drain and can be retrofitted on current combi ovens making installation onsite fast and simple.
