High-End F&B Market Buyers Ready For RBHK

Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong, Asia’s leading fine dining and bar exhibition, is readying for its 16th exhibition.

The September 4-6 show focuses exclusively on the high-end food and beverage market. More than 90% of attendees are senior-level buyers with direct influence on purchasing decisions in food, beverages, services, and of course, foodservice and catering equipment. Last year’s edition brought 19,032 decision makers—including operators, general managers, purchasing directors, and executive chefs—to the HK Convention & Exhibition Centre.

RBHK also will offer three culinary theaters, four beverage seminars and three professional competitions, as well as four specially themed zones and more than 100 onsite networking sessions. RBHK will be held in Hall 5EFG of the Centre, co-located with the Hotel Expo & Conference, to draw buyers from the world’s most rapidly expanding economic region—Hong Kong, Macau, as well as China’s economic powerhouse Guangdong province.
