New Owners For Noodles & Company

Noodles & Company, the Colorado-based, privately owned chain of more than 245 fast-casual restaurants in 18 states, has been acquired by an investment group that’s led by Catterton Partners. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to the Denver Post, Noodles will operate with the same management team, including CEO and Chairman Kevin Reddy.

Catterton’s foodservice investment portfolio includes Outback Steakhouse. Previously, the Greenwich, Conn., firm owned stakes in foodservice companies including P.F. Chang’s, Baja Fresh, and Caribou Coffee.

Noodles’ slogan is "real food, real quick." It offers made-to-order noodles with various toppings, as well as soups, salads and sandwiches. Noodles & Company was founded in Boulder in 1995 and moved its headquarters to Broomfield in 2006.
