Tomlinson Celebrates Its Centennial

Congratulations are in order for Tomlinson Industries, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year.

The Cleveland manufacturer was founded by A.E. Tomlinson in 1911 as Tomlinson Steam Specialty Co. Through the decades, Tomlinson has expanded from the coffee and beverage markets to include housewares, water and plumbing industries, and also commercial foodservice equipment and food-safety products.

Tomlinson was purchased by The Meyer Co. in ’74. Its three independently operated product divisions include the No-Drip Faucet, Modular Dispensing Systems and Foodservice Products. Tomlinson is led by Pres. Michael Figas and Executive V.P. Louis Castro.
