Dutch Bros Hires Chief Shops Officer

Dutch Bros has appointed Jennifer Somers as chief shops officer. Somers brings to the role more than 20 years of operational leadership experience, including the past 10 years in the restaurant industry. She has served Cava as COO and Taco Bell as senior vice president of U.S. restaurant operations.

In her role at Dutch Bros, Somers will report to CEO and president Christine Barone. “(Somers) track record of scaling high-growth, purpose-driven field organizations while staying grounded in culture and customer connection makes her an ideal fit for this role,” Barone says in the release.

Dutch Bros operates more than 1,080 locations across 24 states.
