Frontier Energy’s Richard Young and David Zabrowski will share the latest findings from the Food Service Technology Center during presentations at FER’s Multiunit Foodservice Equipment Symposium, held April 25-27 in Tucson, Ariz. The nationally recognized FSTC—aka “fishnick”—specializes in foodservice energy and water efficiency education, training and testing. In 2022, Frontier Energy opened the Induction Technology Center inside the FSTC. MUFES attendees will come away from Young and Zabrowski’s presentations with practical information on how to optimize their foodservice facilities.
