The nationally recognized FSTC—aka “fishnick”—specializes in foodservice energy and water efficiency education, training and testing. In 2022, Frontier Energy opened the Induction Technology Center inside the FSTC. MUFES attendees will come away from Young and Zabrowski’s presentations with practical information on how to optimize their foodservice facilities.
