Audrey Casey Pearson has come home to LTI.

As the chief brand ambassador for the modular and custom serving system manufacturer, she will focus on building brand awareness within the company, the foodservice industry and the community. She also will have a role in planning employee relations activities, preparing for trade shows and enhancing LTI’s community engagement initiatives.

Casey Pearson worked at LTI in the 1990s before stepping away to raise her family. Recently, she owned and operated a small business before closing it in 2022.

At LTI, she joins her sister and co-owner, Barbara Casey Lane, to lead the company. Casey Pearson says she considers it a privilege to have worked alongside both first- and second-generation family members (her grandfather and father), and is thrilled to see fourth-generation family members, including her daughter, Tessie Pearson Lanier, work for the business.

“Barbara and I are dedicated to providing not only a superior product but also a workplace culture where our team feels valued every day,” Casey Pearson says. “I am truly honored to return to the business and contribute to LTI’s continued growth and legacy.”

LTI, founded in 1947, is based in Jonesboro, Ga.
