Leaders from Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Luna Grill and Dave’s Hot Chicken will be on tap at FER’s Multiunit Foodservice Equipment Symposium, taking place in Clearwater Beach, Fla., this February.

Specifically, Sean Cusick, director of indirect sourcing, Freddy’s; Nadine Rodriguez, senior director of supply chain, Luna Grill; and Tiffany Vassos, senior vice president, design and construction, Dave’s, will participate in a panel discussion on “Supply Chain Considerations.” Phil Kafarakis, president and CEO, IFMA, The Food Away from Home Association, will serve as the moderator.

The panelists will discuss tariffs, supplier relationships, pricing negotiations and what’s ahead in 2026.
