From the Publisher: Together Again

Last month, after two long years in isolation, our industry came together to celebrate new products, new beginnings and new friends. The National Restaurant Association Show was filled with great evening events, such as the Parts Town’s party at Punch Bowl Social and the Rational event at the restaurant Aba. It also was filled with great expectations and a strong sense that the worst is, without question, behind us.  

Three things really stood out to me: The attendance was incredibly strong, the new product introductions to hit the market these past two-plus years are spot-on and our industry is finally delivering on our promise to attract new and younger talent to our organizations.
