Hoshizaki Acquires Structural Concepts
The merger will add refrigerated and heated food display solutions to the alliance’s product lineup.

Hoshizaki Alliance announced on June 12 that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Structural Concepts Corp. The transaction is expected to close by the end of July, pending customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
Structural Concepts, of Norton Shores, Mich., provides refrigerated and heated food display solutions. This acquisition will allow Hoshizaki to broaden its product portfolio and better serve customers in the foodservice, supermarket and c-store markets.
“We are thrilled to welcome the Structural Concepts team to the Hoshizaki family,” says Chris Karssiens, president of Hoshizaki USA Holdings, in the release. “Their reputation for innovation and quality aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our customers. By joining forces, we are poised to set new standards in food display and refrigeration, empowering our customers with expanded choices and outstanding service.”
Hoshizaki Alliance also includes Hoshizaki America, Lancer Worldwide, Jackson Warewashing Systems, Fogel Group and Hoshizaki Macom.
