Hoshizaki Seals Structural Concepts Deal

Hoshizaki Alliance announced today it has finalized its acquisition of food display case maker Structural Concepts Corp.

The deal, first mentioned in June, will expand Hoshizaki Alliance’s product portfolio and strengthen its ability to serve customers in the foodservice, retail and B&I markets.

“This acquisition reflects our commitment to growing both organically and through the addition of like-minded, innovative companies,” says Chris Karssiens, president of Hoshizaki USA Holdings, in the release.

Joe Mockus, president of Structural Concepts, says, “Joining the Hoshizaki Alliance is an exciting new chapter for our company and our employees. We share a common dedication to innovation, customer satisfaction, and industry leadership. As part of the Alliance, we look forward to contributing to future growth and creating even more value for our customers across the foodservice spectrum.”

Along with Structural Concepts, Hoshizaki Alliance includes Hoshizaki America, Lancer Worldwide, Jackson Warewashing Systems, Fogel Group and Hoshizaki Macom.
