This appointment comes as the brand, currently spanning 22 states, expects to accelerate expansion.

As the new chief operating officer of Taco John’s, Jackie Secor will work to accelerate growth, enhance franchisee success and further streamline system-wide operations.
She also will oversee restaurant operations, technology and training, while collaborating cross-functionally with departments including supply chain, marketing and development, notes a release.
Secor comes to the nearly 350-unit brand with 25 years of experience in franchise and corporate leadership. Secor previously worked as SVP of operations and training at GoTo Foods—parent company of Schlotzsky’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Moe’s Southwest Grill, McAlister’s Deli, Auntie Anne’s and Jamba. Secor also once worked as a shift manager for Auntie Anne’s.
“Operations is in my blood and at the core of who I am,” Secor says in a press release. “My career started on the front line, and that perspective continues to shape how I lead. I believe in structured collaboration, leveraging data, empowering teams, and driving consistency across the system. Taco John’s has such a strong foundation and a clear growth trajectory, and I’m excited to join the world-class team to elevate the brand and support our franchisees in the next phase of success.”
