Middleby Appoints Industry Veteran
In addition to experience from several senior management roles in the industry, the individual has been a NAFEM president and board member.
Kevin Fink—who has previously held top roles at Parts Town, Ali Group, Scotsman Industries, Welbilt/Enodis and Hobart—has joined Middleby as its senior vice president of Middleby Advantage and Middleby First Service.
In this role, Fink will lead all Middleby service-related strategies and initiatives across the company and its brands.
“Customer service has always been a top priority for Middleby brands, and Kevin’s extensive knowledge of our industry and customers will elevate the Middleby service offerings to best in class for our customers,” says James K. Pool III, chief technology and operations officer. “Under Kevin’s leadership we are excited for new service initiatives that will benefit Middleby customers.”
Fink also will be supported by two longtime service veterans: Jim Kramer and Adam McCollough.
Fink has a bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary and an M.B.A. from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He first began his career in the foodservice equipment industry in 1987.
