Red Robin Bolsters Tech Goals With New Hire

The female CTO takes her spot on the executive leadership team in a year Red Robin expects to be 'transformative.'

On the heels of several recent executive appointments, Red Robin has announced the appointment of Jyoti Lynch as its chief technology officer, effective June 5.

As CTO, Lynch is to play a key role in innovating Red Robin’s technology to deliver “enhanced guest experiences, operational performance and shareholder value.” She will oversee strategic and operational planning, innovation, growth and maintenance of Red Robin’s comprehensive information systems and technological functions in support of the company’s corporate-owned restaurant locations and Restaurant Support Center.

Lynch hails from European Wax Center, where she led the modernization of the personal care brand’s tech and digital transformation ahead of its 2021 IPO. She also served as the senior vice president and chief information officer at Jamba Juice from 2017-2019, spearheading its modernized, multi-platform digital ecosystem. Altogether, Lynch has over 25 years of experience leading tech for assorted companies.
