Tech24 continues its acquisition streak this week, adding Tek Express, a provider of repair services, planned maintenance and installation for commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment, to its portfolio.

Based in Lynbrook, N.Y., Tek Express’ clients include schools, institutions, hospitals and restaurants throughout New York City. Tech24 says the acquisition will benefit new and existing customers through expanded services and efficiencies and “adds meaningful scale” in New York City.

“We are excited to add Tek Express to the Tech24 family. Expanding our presence in the New York City market was a top priority for Tech24, and we think Tek Express is an ideal partner to help us establish leading market share in the region,” says the company in a press release.

The acquisition marks Tech24’s 14th and third in three weeks. At the end of September, Greenville, S.C.-based Tech24 purchased Allied Service Group and acquired 1st Source Restaurant Services last week.
