Ali Group Updates Leadership Team

Bunn and ACP welcome presidents while Ali Group North America names a CFO.

Ali Group, which operates in North America under the Welbilt brand, has announced a series of leadership appointments, effective May 11. The appointments impact its global organization and North American operations, including changes at Ali Group North America, Bunn and ACP, which includes the Amana Commercial, Menumaster Commercial and XpressChef brands.

Brad Willis has taken the role of president and CEO of Bunn. In this role, Willis will have responsibility for all day to day operations at Bunn and will report to Filippo Berti, chairman and CEO of Ali Group. Willis joined Ali Group in 2009 as CFO of Beverage Air and was appointed CFO of Ali Group North America in 2014. In 2018, he became CFO of Ali Group.

With Willis’ move, David Kalinowski has become CFO of Ali Group North America after serving as president of ACP. Kalinowski joined Scotsman Ice in 2006 and held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility there, including CFO, before being appointed president of ACP in 2022.

Following Kalinowski’s appointment, Meghan Hurst has joined as president of ACP. Hurst most recently served as vice president and general manager for Vulcan/ITW FEG, a role she assumed in 2024. She joined the company in 2014 and has held several leadership roles, including vice president of sales and marketing. She brings more than 15 years of experience across commercial, product and general management roles to ACP.

Ali Group announced March 12 that it had acquired Bunn Commercial, a manufacturer of dispensed beverage equipment.
