Another NSF Colleague Retires

Our last Fortnightly noted the retirement of Nancy Culotta, NSF International’s v.p.-food safety product certification and consumer products. But we want to give a warm send-off as well to Joe Phillips, NSF’s general manager-food equipment program, who was involved with the organization for 32 years.
