Krispy Kreme Appoints President

Kenneth May, a former executive with FedEx Corp., has joined Krispy Kreme Doughnuts as the Winston-Salem, N.C.’s chain president and COO. He will report to Jim Morgan, Krispy Kreme’s CEO. In this new post created specifically for him, May will be responsible for the company’s operating segments.

May previously served as president and CEO of FedEx Kinko’s office and print centers, and led the integration of Kinko’s into FedEx, which included overseeing more than 1,800 retail locations and 22,000 employees in 11 countries.
